Pathways Residential Treatment Facility
Treating substance addiction, abuse, and other dependency issues on an individual, personal basis, Pathways is the ideal place to begin a recovery that lasts . The Residential Program is designed to assist clients who may require more intensive treatment than outpatient services provide. Our facility is in a beautiful setting and fosters a friendly home-like atmosphere. Our methods are based on mutual respect, support and cooperation. Residents develop coping and interpersonal skills in this setting while following individually designed treatment plans.

Oregon Health Plan and most insurance cover residential services. Services are available on a sliding scale for those not covered by OHP or insurance.
Structured to fit your needs:
Our residential program includes a structured schedule comprised of therapy groups, individual counseling, treatment planning, individual work assignments and educational groups, as well as introduction to community resources. Focus is towards self-reliance and maintenance of sobriety. Clients participate in residence daily functioning, which fosters cooperation and helps to develop healthy interpersonal relationships. During the course of their stay residents attend community support groups and are linked to social and human service agencies in their community.
Our Residential Program:
Average stay is 30 days
Shorter stays of 10 to 21 days may occur when appropriate

Connections to social service and human resource agencies

Minimum of 6 hours education weekly
Weekly Family Program
Three nutritionally-balanced meals per day
