Our Crisis Services are available to those in need. A crisis is generally defined as any mental and/or emotional state and/or behavior that endangers life or safety. If you are in need of a non-crisis appointment, please contact us at 503.397.5211.

If in crisis you can come to our main office at Creekside Center, 58646 McNulty Way, St. Helens, Oregon during business hours- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please dial 911 or local law enforcement if there is an emergency requiring law enforcement or immediate danger.
